Elk Rib Recipe Contest

Hello,
We are holding a recipe contest throughout May, June and July. We are looking for recipes that feature Elk BBQ or Short Ribs.
Please submit your favorite rib recipe by mail, e-mail or hand it to us the Troy Market! Recipe must feature elk ribs, but doesn’t need to be strictly bbq. Your recipe can be a family favorite or even something using  a purchased sauce or rub. Please be specific with your recipe directions.

The winning recipe will be featured in a friendly bbq challenge with Roger’s Rustic Rubs at the Troy market in August.

The winning recipe will receive a prize from Creek's Edge Elk Farm!
