Hi everyone,
Hope you are all having a great summer!
Just a few updates: We won't be at the market this Saturday, the 24th, due to family reunion, but we will be back on the 31th with a new batch of meat. Snack Sticks are back!!
Also, on August 21st, we are having a sample day. We challenged Roger's Rubs to a friendly competition. We will both be sampling elk roasts, ours with a family favorite bbq sauce and Roger's with one of his great products. We're asking you to sample both and then vote for your favorite. We will draw one random vote and that person will win a gift basket!

The elk are doing well. They don't care for the heat, but have plenty of shade and water. We have three adorable babies frolicking all over the fields. I'll try to get some current pictures of them on the website, so check back.
