The Great Elk BBQ Cookoff!

Last Saturday we had our sample day at the Troy Farmer's Market. Otherwise called the Great Elk BBQ Cookoff with Roger's Rustic Rubs. Roger was the winner! he does have some great products! We also had a lot of great comments on our recipe and of course on the elk meat in general. It was a wonderful day and we met a lot of great people who were trying elk meat for the first time.

All who voted for their favorite were put into a drawing and the winner was Lori Maiwald. Congragulations!
