Creek's Edge Elk Farm is on a corner of the farm the Susan runs with her husband Joseph. They have farmed in NY for the last 18 years after moving from Massachusetts. Susan enjoys animals and has always had a knact for handling them. She does the bulk of the animal work including the day to day feeding.

Stacy lives with her husband, Israel, about ten miles north of the elk farm. Susan is her mother and they run the elk farm together. She and her husband have three children, Elizabeth 4 and Samuel 2 1/2 and Evelyn 2 mths. Stacy and the children visit the elk farm often to work on the store, which they are currently finishing, or to help with some aspect of care of the elk. Stacy does most of the designing and printing of marketing materials including brochures and this website.  She and her husband are partners with his father and uncle in running the family dairy and crop farm.
